	Ashdown Teacher Registration Request
	• This form is for teachers to request registration by the Ashdown committee. • The school at which the teacher is employed must be on the list of registered schools, before a teacher from that school can be registered. Please check that your school is listed. • If your school is not yet registered, please send an email request to Alan Crosby (adcrosby@nshs-science.net). Please include the school name, address, phone, and website. • Eligible schools must have street addresses within the geographical region of NESACS. The address of an eligible school, or your physical home address (not a P.O. box) if homeschooled, must fall within the geographical boundaries of the Northeastern Section of the American Chemical Society Massachusetts counties: • Essex • Middlesex • Suffolk • Norfolk • Bristol • Plymouth • Barnstable • Dukes • Nantucket New Hampshire counties: • All NH counties
